I found sitting on my exercise ball to be much more comfortable and slightly bouncing or swaying my hips on the ball brought some relief.
I would try a warm bath to see if that will help alieviate some of the pain. If not Tylenol Is safe to take. :/. But there's not really much u can do but wait it out. Sorry hun
I had pelvic pressure and pain pretty bad for a couple weeks, but it went away. I'm thinking it was just the position of the babies? I'm now 27+5 weeks. Sorry, I don't know what can relieve it but I hope its temporary for you too!
