pregnant with twins, how did you do things?

This is all very new to me, I do not even know anybody who has had twins, so have no one to talk to about how they did things..
So I have a few questions..
How do you go about breast feeding? Both at once, one at a time, one bottle of express and other breast, how did you do it? Were they hungry at the same time? Silly I know
Sleeping, did you find they slept at the same times? Did you have seperate bassinets or cots or did they share 1 cot and top and tail?
Did you use real nappies or disposable? How many would you go through a week?
Share any tips you may have please :)

with breast feeding (i was only able to breast feed for 4 months before i "dried up") one would get the boobie while the other got the bottle and i'd switch it every feeding. and they yes both were hungry at the same time.

my guys were and still are very synchronized. whenever one is hungry the other is, when one is tired the other is...so i got lucky. for the first 4 months they both slept with me and dh after that they slept in their own cribs. it took us a few nights to get them used to sleeping alone but now they can not sleep anywhere but their own cribs.

we use luvs. so we do disposable. in one week we easily go through 100-150 diapers (they get changed between 4-10 x's /day depending on how much they pee or go poo).

get bouncy chairs!!! they were a life saver for me. anytime i had to do something i'd put them in their seats and turn on the music and vibrations and let em go. they would nap in their seats or just sit in them and watch me do what i was doing. as they get older invest in GOOD baby gates!!!!!!! i honestly don't think i'd be able to keep track of them without babygates! lol. they're fast little boogers. and patience. do what you must to keep your patience in check! it's frustrating having 2 babies at once. there are days when i just sit on the floor and cry because of how tired i am. or how frustrated i am by their crying/whining and i nothing a i do fixes it. and make sure you get some mommy time!!! an hour or 2 a day to do what YOU want to do. whether that is taking a nice, long hot bath, going for a run (that's what i do. i take 2 hours and i just go job), writing (which i also do but when they nap or are in bed for the night) just do something for you! trust me you will need it! and GO TO BED EARLY!!! when they go to bed....you go to bed. that's the only way i'm able to get sleep is if i go to bed around the time they do (sometimes i go an hour or so after they do.)
