Yay went to my app & was told im 2 centimeters 40%.. any tips or tricks to have her here by tonight or tomorrow morning??.
Ahh I ben havinv period cramps nothing major hoping something wrks. Went for a walk nothing yet
I've had the BH, contractions and period cramps for a week and lost my plug. I keep hoping things would change but I always get my hopes up!
Thank u all for my first born I was 2 cen went home & had him at 1:01am the nxt day hoping this one is the same.. ima go walk walk I have some light cramping but nothing major only need 2 more to go
Sex and lots of it but u both have to go that's wat my doc told me and it worked with my frist pregnancy :) good luck to ya
Try the pregnancy ball and walking as long as you can. I heard spicy foods helps and also sex can help
