i am 5 week pregnant and yesterday i went to the toilet i was bleeding only when weeing and it has now stopped is this bad

Hi!
It is common to have a little spotting at about that time.  We often refer to it as an implantation bleed, although technically its a little late for that.  If you were my patient, I would probably ask you to come in for pregnancy hormone levels.  I would check a quantitative beta HCG on one day, and then two days later, check another level.  The level should double ( approximately).  A progesterone level can also be helpful to determine if the pregnancy is developing normally.
Some doctors would just tell you to wait and watch and call back if the bleeding gets heavier/if clots occur/ or if you have cramping or pain.  That would be OK advice too.
