Can i drink coke?

I have been craving to drink coke, I hear it's not good for pregnancy is it true ?

As long as you're not drinking 6 cups of coffee or cans of soda you should be fine lol. Drinking a can when you're thirsty or getting some at a restaurant is totally fine! IIf you have the book What To Expect When You're Expecting they detail exactly how much of everything you can have, and it's more than you think. :)

It's perfectly fine, you're allowed up to 200mg of caffeine a day. I'm 37w2d & I've drunk coke & other sodas throughout my entire pregnancy & my little man is perfectly healthy.

I have 2 cans of coke a day sometimes and baby is healthy. Caffeine is fine in moderation.

Yes :) coke is fine but I wouldn't drink more then two!

300 mg of caffine a day is what my dr told me. I do one caffineated drink a day if I want it. Like one cup of coffee, or one soda. Also chocolate has caffine in it too, so if I know I'm going to be eating a whole bunch that day, I won't do any caffineated drinks. Thats just me though. But in moderation, coke is fine. :)

I crave coke really bad and I allow myself one can a day if I am craving it but I put a lot of ice so I don't drink it so fast. And I drink tons of water to balance it out. Im not having any problems with my pregnancy so a can of coke is not really a problem for me.

It's fine, as long as you use moderation. I wouldn't have more than 2 glasses a day (and that's with any caffeinated beverage). Coke helped me through my nausea stage. I drank it with both my other pregnancies as well, and they are perfect, healthy little boys.

You can but drs dont want u having alot of caffeine intake cuz caffeine makes you get dehydrated
