36weeks and severe cramps

36weeks today,and my hands hav been having cramps all night.help plz i can't get anything done around here

yes the cramps starts on the palms of both my hands and then go thru the arms and when that happens i cant feel my arms

Is it a muscle cramp or a deep ache in your wrist? Do any of your fingers go numb? Any tingling?

Sounds like carpel tunnel syndrome. Infind strapping them helps, a physio can give you a brace if its really bad. Tylenol might also give you some relief.
