What are some good relievers for nausea that work/worked for you guys?
Saltine crackers or pour a little salt in the palm of your hand and eat it slowly
Ask your ob about zofran. It's an antinausea drug used in chemo patients. It has made a huge difference for me. I'm 15weeks and finally gained 3 pounds. If not try sea bands. They work on the premisis of acupuncture points :) good luck!!
Ginger Ale and Peppermint tea helped me a little. Not much other than that helped me.
Keeping your stomach slightly full helped me. Crackers, ginger snaps, and switching prenatals.
