UPDATE: pelvic pain---I have BV!! UGH
So I went to the OB today because I've been having horrible pelvic pain. I've been having some discharge, but it seems normal to me and it's clear..and sometimes yellowish with no odor or itching.
Anyway, they did a culture and sure enough I have BV!! WHY?!?! She also checked my cervix and it's still closed. I was worried about that as well. I'm glad I went in, because I was going to cancel this morning because I am feeling a tad bit better, but hubby insisted I go and said I would regret it if I didn't go. (Glad I have him!)
I had this last pregnancy but they didn't catch it until I was 27 weeks. In that pregnancy, they treated the BV but I started dilating the following week. The OB said hopefully we caught it in time and can treat it and get rid of it this time around. I go back in 1 month to see if it has cleared. I am hoping it does! She said the pelvic pain can be from BV. Time to up my pro-biotics and go get my meds for the BV. At least I am not dilating which makes me feel better. I don't eat much sugar, but I am completely cutting anything bad from my diet until I have this baby. It's only another 17-20 weeks, I think I can do it!

Sorry, I meant to say what BV was! Bacterial Vaginosis. I really didn't have any symptoms, it's so strange. I just hope it doesn't cause pre-term labor this time around. Hopefully by catching it early and keeping an eye on it will do the trick.
Jen, I will look that up! Where do you get it? Any drug store or natural food stores? And it's completely safe during pregnancy? I am willing to try anything. Last time, nothing made it go away, I took the antibiotic, garlic tablets, raw garlic, pro-biotics, and I used Hibiclens (sp?) It's a solution that you wash with, it's supposed to help with infections and things of that nature. After all that, I still have the BV and then got Group B Strep as well. I felt like a failure! I really want to take care of these things now.

Pro-B made my RepHresh. Swear by it!! Only thing I have found that works and works well!
