Night cramps

I'm 5weeks pregnant and I go through terrible abdominal pains at night and sometimes during the day. I've been bearing it cause I don't want to take any pain reliever that might harm the baby. Has anyone else experienced such painful cramps during early pregnancy?

If it's accompanied by bleeding go see your doctor right away but if it's like dull cramping you're totally fine. She your uterus stretching and making room for the new BB coming!
