Am I testing too early

Im 5 days late for my period, negative test, no sign of period coming, gynae doc put me on clomid currently waiting to take1st go, she said I ovulate late could it be I'm testing too early?

if your 5 days late than you should be able to take the test.   You haven't actually started to take the clomid right?   Are your cycles regular?   It will make a difference.

Not started yet, waiting to start this cycle, my periods have been regular 4 a while now, so confused! I did a test with my fmu this morning an clear negative xx

if you want to, since hcg levels increase by 60% in 48 hrs you can wait a couple days and test again.   Good luck on the clomid, I was a 1st rounder.  I'm at 24wks right now and everything is going perfectly.

my period delayed for a week too,with negative result,but i dont think u are checking too early,u may be prego,is just an hormonal change.

It took me until 15 days after missed period to test positive. I would wait and test again in a couple days.

Wonder why it took u so long? Was it down to late ovulation? It's so annoying! Anyone in early pregnancy get a lot of stretchy cm? Usually only get it when I ovulate but got it now too it's white/clear creamy and stretchy sorry 4 tmi just trying get my head around it! X

Also my breasts usually hurt for about a week before af due and they feel fine just look a bit bigger than usual x
