Am I pregnant, or is it all in my head

I am 19. I have a menstrual cycle from 24-28 days. I had my last period on May 10, I had unprotected sex May 19, 24, and 31. For a regular 28 day cycle for me it would be June 7th that my period arrives. I have had the feeling to urinate more frequently and sometimes I feel like i have to but hardly anything comes out. I am bloated, and have had light cramping almost like period cramps, but not as severe as i usually have them. No bleeding/spotting at all. I have days where I eat all the time, then days where I have hardly any appetite. I rarely do anything too and sometimes I just become really tired. My stomache feels full, and it will have twinges/bubble feelings. I am not sure If i am just making myself seem pregnant or if what I am experiencing are signs that I could be pregnant. I took a First Repsonse Early HPT, came back negative. need some advice

To update I have light bleeding as of today   it's not as heavy as I usually am. I usually cramp really bad where I'm sick and this isn't the case. And that's happened every single time the first day I start.

Your best bet is to wait a little bit longer and see if you get your period believe me many of my topics I've posted because I've been scared that I was pregnant only to have my period come late a day or two. Usually a period is considered missed after three weeks but you can test earlier than a missed period of three weeks. Wait like an extra week after your due date for your period and then take another test or you can go to the doctor and get a blood test those are even more accurate when detecting early.

I didn't use first morning urine I took it at like 6 in the afternoon I didn't think it would make a difference but then again I've heard that anything you eat or drink can sometimes dilute the hormone throughout the day.

I tested 10dpo and I got a very dark positive. I thought it was the HCG trigger shot I took but it turned out to be the pregnancy homemone b/c when I went to get my blood test done 15dpo I had HCG levels of 1510.

Based on the date that you expect your period, your possible time of conception this past cycle could have most likely have been on May 19th of May 24th (i.e. about 2 weeks before your period is due).  A home pregnancy test is accurate about 14 days after conception can can even pick up the pregnancy hormone HCG as early as 10 days after conception if you use first morning urine and a sensitive test.

Your best option is to retest again on the 7th.  If negative, and you still have unexplained symptoms you should see a doctor.

Yeah I'm just going to wait a bit.  I'll just wait til probably after the 10 of this month. That will be a month if not a bit longer from my last menstrual cycle.

I did take a look at the picture and I think it might be bloating. I am the same way and I am only 5 weeks along. I went to have an ultrasound on Monday and the doctor said I had fluid build up in my abdomen. The past few days I have been in terrible pain and I have been cramping, but my hcg levels have been going up so my doctor said it's because of the high hcg levels that I am having fluid build up. If you are pregnant it could have happened on the 24 or so and it would still be early to detect pregnancy.

I would say no. If you had unprotected sex only like a week ago that would be too early to be having most of those pregnancy symptoms. Most symptoms are a result from the increasing levels of HCG in your system (the pregnancy hormone) and you yourself said you aren't even showing + on a test. Most of the symptoms you described can also be symptoms of an oncoming period. Also, feeling twinges and bubbles in your stomach doesn't usually happen until like 15 or so weeks (and even that is early).

here is a link of a picture as to how my abdomen looks. of course this might be bloating because if i am pregnant i am only about 4 weeks which is still early in the pregnancy. also i meant to mention that my boobs are sore when pressed, which is really rare for me. http://tinypic.com/r/2lbj6g2/5

hope that link works.

Thank you. Do you think a blood test could detect already if I am or not, or do you think that would be too early as well?

You can try using AZO for that. It will really releave the pain. Some of your symptoms do sound like pregnancy symptoms. You can try to retest again in a few more days. Maybe it's just too early for it to show up on an EPT.

That description of you going to urinate and nothing coming out makes me think of a UTI... does it hurts when you try to pee?
