work outs

What are work outs you can do that are okay during pregnancy?

Think it depends mostly on what your body is used to already. i worked at a gym and one of the instructors there was taking body pump (with lighter weights) and aerobics classes till quite far on in her pregnancy. You would bs told not to take up anything new and running isnt really advisable (although i think thats a matter of comfort as much as anything) as always though speak to your doc or midwife
