coming from someone who is pregnant for the SEVENTH time, I can tell you that each pregnancy can have it's similarities and can be extremely different. If you produced breast milk just fine with the other ones chances are good that you will this time, so long as you haven't significantly changed your diet, water drinking habits, excercise, medications etc. Producing colostrum during pregnancy really isn't a good indicator of how much or how well you will produce breastmilk. I can get colostrum from my left breast easily...but it doesn't produce BM very well.
i have no idea what BB is but i can tell you that i hardly leaked during my pregnancy and when i did it was only from my left breast. well i can breastfeed with both breasts, but i do find that my left breast produces slightly more. i wouldnt worry about it tho. it might be that way with breasts. only one produces more
