I'm a smer baby and I'm having a summer baby :) my mom said to just make sure you cover their skin properly clothing wise (ex// hats, SPF clothing, etc) and to keep them in the shade and not have them outside for a long period of time and they should be fine. She said I used to be in my bassinet with a light blanket covering me outside for an hour or so a day. The vitamin D is good for the baby :) good luck!!
Ladyluv is correct. You aren't supposed to use sunblock on infants under 6 months of age. It is recommend that infants under 6 months stay out of the sun. You could talk to your pediatrician and see if there is anything they feel is safe for a younger infant.
I heard you can't use anything until they are 6 months old.....I would ask your pediatrician and make sure!!!!! But that's what I was told.. I'm due in July and was actually going to register for some but got information about it and it wouldn't make any sense since she will be 6 months in January!!!!!
I was watching an old episode of the doctors and they were talking about "tickle time mineral sunblock" all natural safe for kids. Worth a try im sure
