3 days delayed and had spotting but 3 negative HPT

hi good gay just want to ask because i was expecting my menstruation on the 20 of this month but on the 18th i had a blood discharge seems like having a menstruation but after a while it stopped but today i tried my 3rd pregnancy test but still its negative can i be pregnant? please help because were trying to have a baby.. and also i have been experiencing lower back pains which is very unusual because i don't do anything here in our house.. please help thank you..

It took a week after my peroid was due for me to get a pos on a preg test. Then when I got it I was so shocked!!! Don't give up hope try testing again soon or ask ur Obgyn for a blood test

Yes you can still be pregnant I would go see an obgyn and or a general doctor and ask them to do a blood test it seems like the bleeding that occurred could have been implantation bleeding. Also if both test are negative it may be too soon to get a positive result
