Broken Pelvis

I had my baby 3wks ago and during my pregnancy I had intense crippling pelvic pain. I was treated for pelvic girdle pain but the physio could only do so much. After having my baby I was sent for a ct scan and it appears when my heavy baby dropped he broke my pelvis, the inferior pubic ramus. Has this happened to anyone else? It makes getting up to the baby during the night impossible due to the pain. How long did it take you to heal? My ob said I need to see an orthopedic surgeon :(

He weighed 3.5kgs or about 8lbs when I had him at 36wks via emergency csection. He dropped at 28wks and I had pulsating sharp pain at the front of my vagina and an awful pinching pain in my left groin. My ob was hoping the pain would get better for me after the baby was out and said it could take 6-12wks to heal but the pain has actually got worse even tho the ct scan showed the fracture is nondisplaced.

I broke my hip 2 years ago in a car accident and my doctor is still making me do a vaginal birth. I really hope that doesn't happen to me.
