C-Sec question?
My sister had two babies via C-sec in 2007 one in January the second in Dec , she just found out two weeks before her schdueled Tubal Ligation she is preg AGAIN!!!!She is very scared is this harmful to be pregnant again after just giving birth 3 months ago and having two c-sections last year?

She needs to be concerned about abnormal placentation, meaning she will be at risk for placenta previa (the placenta covering the cervical os) and placenta accreta (the placental tissue invades the uterine wall); also,short interpregnancy intervals have been associated with a statistically significant increase in the risk of preterm birth, and low birth weight.
If she plans on keeping the pregnancy the sooner she seeks prenatal care the better.
