I'm having my 6th surgery in 5yrs and for me the csection has been the best. I was awake the whole time and got hear my babys first cry and have the first cuddle, could eat that night, and was up walking the next day. Just listen to your body and try to relax, remember this will be your baby's birth story, it's exciting!

I never had any surgery before I had my daughter. It does take some time to heal because of the risk for infection. I'm 9 weeks with my second and they already told me that I have to do another one because my doctors office doesn't participate in VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarean) But I'm not worried because everything healed properly and I'm fine. It did however take me over a year and a half to conceive this baby. You will never get rid of the tingling feeling. Sometimes you will have sharp pains long after the surgery...those would be permanent nerve damage pains. Other than that it's not too bad.

I've had a csection with my first, the worst part about it is the healing. It takes a few weeks. My doctor made me hold a pillow to my stomache Amd cough which killed but it helps strengthen your muscles. Other than that its really not bad

I had two of the and this is my third one. I personally dont think its that bad. I would suggest to bring your own heavy duty pads.and clothes to go home in that do not rub your area where u will have surgery. I also suggest that when you are done dont let your pain medication wear off even if you feel good. During my first one i layed around. I suggest you get up and move as soon as they let u the better off your recovery will be.
