Can you be pregnant even if you already had your period?

My symptoms are headaches,heartburn,back ache,side cramp, threw up when i had my period but that's all i did,And i now cant fall asleep at night time, i feel like wide awake it takes me forever to fall asleep and i do feel sick sometimes not the whole day though. and i am sexually active.

ok i have unprotected sex with my fiance 3 days of my period but as researching it sounds like i have a implantation because my period was light like i can wear my regular pad for 2 to 3 days and my bleeding only lasted for 3 to 4 days the fourth days is when i wipe it is still there.. the color was dark red with brownish really brownish.. i been having craving here and there.. my stomach hurts and it doesnt feel like getting my period.. ok oct. 18 2009 is the day when i have my regular period.. so november 9 and 10 is when i have unprotected sex with my partner.. i started bleeding on november 12th 2009 but it was little looks or sounds like a implantation bleeding almost 2 weeks i feel like im pregnant with my first son tingling in my breast and belly.. lower back pains.. as right now i dont have dark color around my nipples when i was prego with my son.. is my body playing trick on me and so is my head.. i need to wait 2 to 3 days if im going to start my period..  also i went to plan parenthood and took a prego test turn out neg. went 10 early b4 my period.. they say it can be im going ot start my period.. but its been 8 days i havent start my period.. my period sometimes weird i will start my period like 24 days after my period or 26 days after my period so imma gonna wait but go not patience really need to find out if i am.. i need help.. am i really prego.. but i really want to have another one.. so please tell me if i am.. o

HI!
I ALWAYS recommend a pregnancy test.  Sometimes a period can actually be an implantation bleed, or other type of early pregnancy bleeding.  If it is NEG, then I would refer any patient of mine to a gastroenterologist or general doctor who can treat GERD.
Also, if you don't want to be pregnant, you should use something to prevent it!
