whats wrong with me
so i just had my baby 5 days a ago..im a ftm and from some reason everything makes me want to cry..has this happen to anyone before or does anyone know why this is happening
It is the baby blues. It is just your hormones adjusting. If you don't feel better in a week or two then see a doctor as it can turn into postnatal depression.
we all go through that, its the hormones and tiredness. You should settle down in a few days and gradually get better over the next few weeks, but if it gets worse instead of better go see your doc. Try to rest as much as possible, say yes to any help offered to you, dont try to be superwoman and hopefully you'll start to feel better soon x
