Okay now i'm really panicing here. I'm 5 days late and my boobs are sore. i took a preg test and it was negative. at the begining of this month i was on nuva ring for six days, i took it out because of all of the side effects listed. I had the longest period this month because of it. anyway, i'm nauseaus, and my breast are tender. i know all i can do is wait , but i want to know ...

thank you, i think you may be right. i'm going to try to ignore all these symptoms. i was pregnant 3 months ago and i miscarried very devestating for me. i can't go thru that again.

That can be from any number of things. You can't base pregnancy on symptoms alone because they can mimic other things. It's possible your cycle has been completly thrown off from the use of birth control and could just be adjusting to the changes in hormones. (even if it was only a temperary use) wait a week or two and see if your period shows. If you're stressing out, this too can delay your period so try not to worry. If it still doesn't show, take a pregnancy test with first morning urine. You can also make an appointment and request blood work. They're more accurate than a standard urine test and would give the most accurate answer.

first day of my last menstrual period was may 31. it lasted 2 wks i wouldn't stop bleeding after 7 days so i got off it, and had i guess another period for three days. now i'm not sure if it messed my cycle up. but my boobs are tender.

When you say beginning of the month, I assume you mean June? (since we're only 2 days into July) when was your last period? And how long did it last?
