Contractions? Early labour?!

This is my first baby I'm 39+6 weeks and since last Sunday (6days) I've been having on and off pains in my lower abdominal like really bad period pain. But they wasn't getting worst so I didn't worry as much! Late last night and early this morning I got woken up by really bad pain more at the top of my stomach but also still with that lower abdominal pain, my stomach keeps going hard. I'm also getting a lot of discharge sorry if it's TMI but it's a yellow colour and sometimes it's think lumps and today it's been more watery but not like my waters have broke.. My partner worrys a lot and this is his first too tomorrow he wants me to go to the hospital to check me over as I've been getting the pain on and off for 6 days and he's worried.. Could this be early labour?! Any help would be great!

That's what I thought just doesn't seem like she'll be coming soon! Hopefully she will be just doesn't seem to get worst as much as I don't want it to I want the pain to get worst as I don't see much point in going to the hospital where as my partner wants me to. Thank you:) xx
