Fear's about Lying girl

This may be a silly and childish thing to ask but I recently hooked up with a lady i've been seeing on and off it happened in July to be honest and she told me a few weeks later she was pregnant and i freaked never been in that situation and it was the one time that yes i didn't strap up. Now this is where things get tricky she told me she would probably miscarry that still didn't settle me , she then told me she would want me to waive rights (i wouldn't even if a test showed i was indeed the true father), 3rd she said even if I didn't she would fight me for them. She than texted me saying she miscarried about 5-7 days later and I haven't seen her up until tonight. She didn't look like she gained much weight but she was already on the curvy to heavier side, she did have acne more than it was before, breast's weren't bigger, no odd urination habits or anything out of the ordinary just yet until we had sex, it was fine and normal and a quickie but i notice blood on my hand when i was taking the condom off (smart this time round) so now i'm fearful that 1. she is lying to me flat out 2. she has some condition related to the miscarriage perhaps 3. a undetermined condition or disease that is causing this. I'm putting my money on #1 right now since this seems far to fishy of a situation, I plan to go pick up a at home test here in the next hour and surprise her with it when she wakes up; seems cold of me but I need to know if she refuses should I get legal help and start getting ready for a process? I already have some condemning evidence that she has been very neglectful if she is pregnant so far (drugs, smoking, alcohol)....any and all advice is helpful, as i've never been in this situation in my young life thus far.
