Technically, yes. Since you can get pregnant whenever you're not on birth control. However, I will say that it can take several months for your body and your cycles to regulate after coming off birth control. This means you could have irregular bleeding or missing or irregular periods which can make it tricky to conceive. Pregnancy doesn't just happen right away for most people, it can take a normal healthy couple at least a year to conceive naturally and for that you need to be having sex at the right time - i.e. when you're ovulating.
