28 weeks & two days..
Yesterday around 3pm, (28+1) I went to the bathroom & then wiped & there was a clump of discharge .. No blood just a big clump of discharge.. Could this have been my mucus plug? I've been asking this all day but I really haven't got a direct answer.

Yeah if it was a lot of discharge form like a big burger you might be going to labor soon because Im 38 weeks & I just lost mine but don't get your hopes up you at least want to be 37 weeks to have a full developed baby , it can also just be that you lost it early & it can actually take all 40 weeks, all depends good luck.
It very well could be. If you don't have any bleeding or cramping I wouldn't worry tomuch your plug can grow back
