My job gives me 90 days pto and maternity leave. Also if I have complications I file different paper work and can get an extra 30 days paid off. So lucky I finished college and got my PhD :)

Were I work its unpaid maternity leave also so I'm working up to my due if I can but I will b apply in for state benefits only while I'm out of work for those few weeks I think my job only gives 6 weeks maternity leave which isn't long enough for me so I'm hoping to find a better  payin job with better benefits before I would have to return

I work in a smaller retail store, not franchised and unfortunately for me they dont pay maternal leave. But im still gonna apply for state disability and paid family leave program by the state. You should look into this.  Its not much I make so it will be a little bit of money.  But its still better than nothing.  Oh and im in CA.
