please someone help me, tell me if it is possible

i am 21 and my periods are always on time every 23 days and i was suppose to get my period on October 31 and didn't get it to November 3.  I have some of the pregnancy symptoms like feeling light cramping in my left side, every time i eat if feels like i have to puke and have been more tired lately.  I am constley belching.  Should i be worried that i am pregnant?  take a test?
Please help  
  i wasent worried till wednesday with i used the restroom i wiped and saw little blood when i wiped the that night two little spots and then nothing till sat. and i feel like have to puke all day long

YOU COULD BE. Just take a test already! Go to the store, buy it, and take it first thing in the morning when you get up. Put your mind at ease!
