Hi!
I think the chances of your becoming pregnant so soon after a miscarriage are pretty remote.
Presumably there was/is some pregnancy hormone (hcg) still present in your system, and that prevents ovulation. Most women will ovulate sometime within the next 2-4 weeks and will have their period within the next 4-6 weeks after a complete miscarriage.  New pregnancies are common during this time--so, if you don't want to be pregnant, use some protection, if you do, there is hope!
Good luck!

hi!
first of all, m sorry for ur loss.hugs
u must be knowing that ovulation occurs only after ur hcg levels r back to zero,n this usually occurs within 2-3 weeks after miscarriage.n since u did bd in ur 3rd n 4th weeks there is a possibilty of ur being pregnant now.i wish u the best of luck in ur ttc journey, but please also keep in mind that not every women ovulate in their first cycle post miscarrige.anyways do keep us posted on ur progress.
