Have low milk supply....
Hi my baby boy is 2 months already but i wanted to know if any mommas on here know what helps produce more breastmilk? My baby was born premature so my milk is helping him a lot. I've been pumping every of his feelings. (2-3 hours)

And congratulations :) I hope ur baby is doing well. I love when I see posts about moms choosing to breast feed
Try pumping more often and there is also a tea u can get at gnc called mothers milk to help u producd more. .. eat oatmeal and drink a cup of water after every feeding
Google recipes for lactation cookies and also shakes. Water water water do not drink milk! Also fenugreek reeeeally helps!
