^with most insurances, if you're prescribed a medicine you can get otc, there's no co-pay. Good luck momma!

I use yogurt when heartburn bothers me, maybe a cup and a half. My doctor recommends Apple cider cover mixed with water. Never tried it Bc yogurt works for me
