real or false labor???

Irregular contractions ranging from every 3-10 mins, some very intense! Pressure down below is unbearable and lost some mucous plug! Back pain and constant mild cramping, been 4hrs since this started! anyone?

That happend to me and they told me to take a hot bath and see if theu come faster or if they stop. They started to come faster and thats when I went in for labor.... call them to make sure goodluck

Thank for the messages ladies but it was a false alarm :-(!! Im 3-4cm dilated and baby's fully engaged she felt her head thru my cervix but contractions stopped this morning, they said it's a good sign it will happen soon

I went thru this as well but I'm only 34+5 and my doc stopped them so I'm sure it could be nuthin but just be sure praying that it is and u leave with baby!!!

Nothings making them go away, keep getting this painful pinching feeling like 'up there'! I had my second daughter within 2hrs so never experienced any of this! There still irregular not very painful but so uncomfy. Im only 37 weeks!!

Could be! I was in active labor for hours and didn't know it...my contractions never got regular!! :)...if you can get up and move and they are still coming then your in labor my fear

Give the hospital a call and ask them if they want you to go in. If you are struggling to cope with the pain then just go in and you can get started on some pain relief. Not everyone has regularly spaced contractions. Good luck, it sounds like you'll soon be meeting your little one!!
