Pregnant ? I really need some help !!

I am 19 years old and over 2 months late on my period. My last period was at the beginning of September. I have been having many symptoms including putting on weight around my tummy, headaches, frequent urination and nausea. I have taken 3 HPTs and they have all tested negative, the last one I took was about a week ago. I have a doctors appt tomorrow to ask for a blood test but I would really appreciate it if someone could help me before then ? Im going out of my mind !!!!!

It is very very very unlikely that you would be pregnant and not show on a pregnancy test. I would assume the stress of this situation could delay your cycle even more and cause stomach upset. Yes on occasion a woman doesnt test positive on a home test but does on a blood test but that is something like one in a million so it is very very very very unlikely. If your blood test is negative I would ask ur dr to run additional tests to see what's going on. Good luck!

Thanks for the quick reply, my eating patterns havent changed recently and havent been experiancing any stress. Do you know if its true that some people do not show through HPTS and can only show through blood tests?

Well being that late with a negative test probably means you aren't pregnant. Otherwise by now it would show positive. Stress can cause nausea and increased eating which can lead to weight gain. I'd have the dr to a blood test and also speak to them about effective forms of birth control. Good luck!
