Introducing Myself : )
Hi ladies,
I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Amy and I've been following this community for over a year now. I am a newlywed and my husband and I would like to start TTC late next year. I'm here to learn all I can about what to expect for the future. I just wanted to thank everyone on here for all their support, and I check these forums daily for all of your updates : ) I posted some photos, It's always better to put a face with the name!

Our town was aweful horrible. It is mosquito invested in the summer time, and the wind is very unpredicable. It is almost as if you are in a tornado everyday during the summer. The dirt is more like sand, so wearing shorts or no face mask and you get pelted by 90mph blowing sand. I remember as a kid my leg got all these red blood dropplets on them, and come to find out it was from the sand.
In the winter it gets so cold, but the snow never hangs around for more than a day if you're lucky. There is literally nothing to do. No movie theater, no shopping stores. Just a few hotels, a Denny's, Pizza Hut and Safeway.
Your Holbrook certainly sounds a lot better than the one I remember!

Yes I live in Holbrook, my husband I and just moved there in August. It's a very small quiet town with only about 8,000 residents. I love it, it's New England so it's quite chilly out right now, but I love all the seasons. I'm glad my Holbrook isn't referred to as "Hell-Brook" lol

I was born and some what raised in my youth in a town called Holbrook. It is more commonly referred to as Hell-Brook by my siblings and mom. I hate that town with a passion! In the middle of now where Arizona, where the wind blows 90mph, and the only thing going for them in the 80's was a Yellow Front and a Sproutz Rite's. Now they don't even have those.

That's quite alright! Though the funny thing about is DH and I get everything in the book except what our last name really is! I've gotten to the point where it doesn't bother me anymore!

HI there! I am extremly tired, and my eyes hurt, but at first glance I thought you wrote 'Inducing Myself!' I couldn't believe that you were inducing yourself. . . my imagination was running wild. Caster oil, lots of walking. . . . or is she going to try what they do in the hospital!

Welcome! Med help is one of the best things that happened to me when I was TTC! We tried for 5 yrs! 3 months after I found this place we were FINALLY pregnant! Happily 4 months along now :)

With that being said.. I'm Ang.. Im 22 and I just had a baby girl, Aubree, in June = ] I recently suffered a miscarriage so Im trying to get things back to normal in my life.. I recently got engaged ( nov 16th) and i am immersing myself in planning my winter wedding :o)
