I´m so sorry for your loss! I have suffered one confirmed and one possible miscarriage, so I know that it is a tragic and heartbreaking experience.
To answer your question: It is possible get pregnant as soon as two weeks after a pregnancy loss. In fact, there is some evidence that you are more fertile in the 3 cycles following miscarriage. So unless you are trying to get pregnant again (which you should only do after a full physical and getting the ¨OK¨ from your doctor to start trying again), you should definitely use protection.
Also, following a pregnancy loss, it is very common for your menstrual cycle to be all ¨out of whack.¨ Most women can expect their period 4-6 weeks after a pregnancy loss, although it is not uncommon for it to come even later. You cycle may not be regular for several cycles following a miscarriage, so don´t be surprised if you don´t have those nice, even, 28-day cycles for a while. You may also notice that the first period following pregnancy loss may be much heavier or much lighter than normal.
In short: it is possible that you are pregnant. It is equally possible that your cycle is just abnormal and your period may not arrive for a couple more weeks. Did you see a doctor following your loss? If you haven´t, you should do so to confirm that your uterus has gotten rid of all the tissue: it is possible for the uterus to retain some of the tissue from a pregnancy. If this happens, you run the risk of getting a serious infection which can leave you sterile and in extreme cases, even result in death. But don´t panic, such infections can be avoided with surgical or medicinal intervention to get rid of the tissue, and if you develop an infection, it can be easily treated with antibiotics when diagnosed early enough.
Hope all this helps and best of luck to you.

Hi!
I'm sorry that you lost your baby.
It is possible to get pregnant right away ( within 4-6 weeks) after a loss.
I have had many patients over the years that got pregnant immediately, and then its always tricky to figure out the due date! If your period does come, you can start timing your ovulation. Ovulation predictors are helpful at pinpointing the day.
BUT before you buy any of those, make sure to check a pregnancy test! If you are due for or late for your period, you can do the test now.
Good luck!
