How soon after conception can you test for pregnancy?

Hi,
I had my mirena iud removed about 3 weeks ago had unpreotected sex  3 times the first 2 days after I had it removed, then I started bleeding for a few days (my doctor says that the bleeding is not your period, but your body adjusting) then no bleeding since. i have had unprotected sex several times since then, but the last 4 or 5 days I have felt very uncomfortable laying on my stomach ( I have had 4 pregnancy's already 3 children and one miscarriage), the last two days I have felt nauseous and food smells seem to make it worse, I have also been very tired (but I was also on medication for an allergy so that maybe why). I am unsure if i could possibly be pregnant or if these are side effects from coming of the iud. I think it is a little to soon to take a pregnancy test although I have had a positive test at 3 weeks before. I do get pregnant very easily I think, because i have gotten pregnant on 3 different types of birth control before. while I was on the mirena I had not had a period in over a year, so i know have no clue what my cycle is like or will be. please any information would be helpful.

Thank you for the info. I would like to be pregnant, but since I just got the iud removed i'm ok with it not being this month, we are ttc, but not tracking or worring about it to much yet.

Hey. I had my IUD take out June 5th and bleed for a few days and ovulated two weeks later. On July 4th I tested positive. So 10 to 12 days is probably about right. Good Luck!

you can test 10 days after you ovulate and get a positive. My first symptom was bloating and a "fullness" feelng in my lower abdomen.
