I been getting sharp pains that go from my abdominal straight to my back , I'm 37weeks what could it be ??? FTM

There on and off , maybe every five minutes or so , this is my first baby so I'm not to sure what contractions are YET , I really don't notice my belly get hard when I get the sharp pains

You should probably call your doctor as well as labor and delivery! Especially if they're 5 mins apart and tell them what you're experiencing. You may be meeting your little one soon. You should call soon! Some moms don't feel contractions. But the pain radiating to the back is a sign of labor.
