Only thing I noticed was that I suddenly developed a sinus infection, had terrible pain in my lower back, and I had to pee a lot. That and I was spotting from 5dpo til 9dpo and it stopped. I got a bfp at 10dpo.

hi hisbaby10, personally i never had any of the standard symptoms that you see written on this site, but about 14dpt, i had major lower back pain.  I thought AF was coming, and had actually given up with using my pessaries.  But it turns out, it was a BFP after all.  In hindsight, I also remember having this unexplained mucus (sorry, tmi) in my nasal passage and yet that would usually happen if i had a genuine cough or cold.  But anyway, all of us are different, so yes you can see how others faired, but keep in mind that your symptoms could be obvious or not even.  Good luck whichever way.
