Just use a pillow so there isn't a lot of pressure on your baby
Im 27 weeks and still sleep on my belly my obgyn said its fine as long as im using a pillow to prop my belly on and i am and i sleep like a baby most nights as long as my partner isnt snoring or moving to much lol
No not bad at all, left side is just better for you whether your pregnant or not for blood flow and digestion.
