Kidney stones or pulled muscle

Earlier today I started experiencing back pain right under my right kidney. Thought maybe I was walking around to much and needed to rest, well it has gotten worse since then.

What are some signs and symptoms of kidney stones


I'm 16 weeks pregnant

I will go and get it checked out. I also havent been feeling very good…been a little on the queasy end.

I agree that it sounds like an infection... Stone pain is unmistakable and agonizing beyond description.  I've passed dozens and gone through 35 hours of unmedicated active labor as well as two shorter but intense unmedicated labors and I'd take labor 10x over a single stone.

i had this a few weeks ago i think its probly a kidney infection. u should get it sorted asap dont leave it coz it will only get worse x

Sounds like the kidneys. I had very similar symptoms, after 3 lots of antibiotics for kidney infections I was admitted to hospital for a few days and miraculously at some point I got better. It was concluded that it was either a tiny stone or some grit which eventually passed on its own. It's a horrible pain, I would rather go through labour 10 times than have that again! Hope you feel better soon x

I am going to evaluate it for the next couple of days and if it doesn't get worse or I start having other symptoms I am gonna go get a scan done. I'm in a lot of pain it's even hard to breathe

The pain was unbearable for me. It was my right flank, and it just got worse and worse. I couldn't walk standing straight, I was puking, fever, could barely move, and wanted to die. It literally brought me to tears.

Was that the beginning feelings? It's hard for me to move really, hard to sit, I haven't tried laying down yet...

The worst symptom for me was it felt like a knife being twisted back n forth in my back!! Terrible pain!!! I also felt like I had to have a bowel movement, but never could go! I was very nauseous too!! :-( felt cold n clamey, like flu-ish..
