23 weeks pregnant, really sick with burning sore throat ?

So I'm 23 weeks pregnant & on Friday I started got sick & it's horrible. I have a nasty cough that hurts my lungs, my head hurts, I'm always cold, & last night I woke up with a burning sore throat that didn't let me sleep. Any ideas on why it was burning? & please if anyone knows any medicines or anything I could take to get better? I have asthma so it just makes me being sick even worse. But some advice would be greatly appreciated because I don't want my sickness to affect my baby cause so far I feel really horrible .

I'm 32 weeks and am still trying to get over a cold you can always call your doctor and they should be able to call a pharmacy in some medicine forr you! Hope you feel better
