I had a miscarriage at 11 weeks and was told to leave it a month so you can have a normal period  before trying again, hope this helps

I am very sorry for you loss, I miscarried at 8 or 9 weeks and had a D&C, I waited to have one normal cycle( it came 4 weeks after my d&c) and got pregnant  right after that, I am currently 14 weeks pregnant and everything looks good.  I guess it realy comes down to you and your husband, when ever the 2 of you feel ready again... Good luck!

Hello.. I am so sorry for your loss. I have been there too. It is so hard.  The great news is that you CAN get pregnant.  I would wait atleast 2-4 periods before trying again. Your body needs time to heal and recover.  As do you mentally.  Your uterus needs time to rebuild and get strong.  I would wait atleast 2 periods just to ensure you dont miscarry again.  After my first miscarriage I waited 3 periods and went on to get pregnant right away and I have a very healthy and happy 19 month old boy!!  I wish you the best of luck!

Hi!
I'm sorry to learn of your loss!  The good news about a miscarriage is that it confirms that pregnancy IS possible.  If you didn't require surgery ( D&C ) there is no need to wait at all before trying again.  Usually it takes 4-6 weeks for the next period to arrive.
Sometimes the first few cycles are a little different than usual.
I wish you all the best!

i miscarried at 11 weeks as well and my dr told me to wait at least a month to get a regular cycle in, but he also said waiting wasnt necessary and that i was very fertile because i had just been pregnant. he said whenever i felt mentally ready to try again, then i should try. i hope this helps. good luck.
