Missed Periods

Hello,

I took the Microgynon pill for only 1 year and came off it at the end of January this year after my boyfriend and I decided to try for a baby.  I had always been regular before i went on the pill but only had very short periods lasting about 2 days.  When I went onto the pill my periods became very heavy and very painful.  I had my withdrawal bleed when I came off the pill, the next month I had a 2 day period and thought I was back to normal.  THe 2nd month however I only had extremely light spotting of a browny/red colour which I didn't even need to use any protection for and now my periods have completely stopped with no spotting what so ever.  I had very dull aching in my back last weekend which is what I used to get before I came on my periods, and was extremely tired to the point I just couldn't move in all evening, but I have done a couple of pregnancy tests which have both come back negative.

I am extremely worried that I am not going to be able to have children as it doesn't seem that my periods are going to come back.  I know that it takes a bit for your cycle to get back to normal after coming off the pill and some may think I'm worrying too soon but I think we all know how precious baby's are to us who want a family.

Please can someone help me?  Has anyone else been through this?  Many thanks

Thank you.  I did post a thank you yesterday but it didn't show up here so just so I don't seem rude thought I would repost it! :)

If nothing has happened after 6 months from coming off the pill, will the doctors take me more seriously then do you think?

Sorry late response, been away from the computer for a few days.  Have you ever heard of the herbal table Agnus Castus?  I did some research and it is supposed to help with irregular periods or help to bring them bavck when you come off the pill.  Do you think thats worth a try or something I shouldn't be risking?
