feel like i'm obsessing

Well last month was a no go on pregnancy. I feel like I am obsessing over it. I look everything I can up on trying to conceive, and I started taking prenatal vitamins, thinking of everything I can do to make sure it's my month. Does anyone else feel like this when they are trying to conceive? I'm really hoping this month is my month.

Take prenatal vitamins (for the woman, obviously), exercise, eat whole grains and raw fruits and veggies. Get protein at every meal (boiled eggs at breakfast, chicken salad for lunch, roast beef for dinner, etc.).

I would also try googling "how to create healthy sperm" or something like that!

i suffer true the same I am on prenantal for over  a month . I bought a ovulation kit and I am waaiting to start testing. I am keeping my fingers crosed for all of u

I really don't know what else.  My husband and I have also been trying to concieve (we are both smokers) for 2 years now, both having one child each from previous marriages. I had a miscarriage a 5 weeks ago and have been reading all kinds of info on the internet to help us with ideas.  I will be going to the doctor next month to do a post-cortal test.  Maybe yall can try that.

Well first thing my doctor said is not to smoke (even the male).  It can cause less oxygen for the sperm and egg.

so my wife is on here constantly. and i am as much as her excited about trying. and i would like to know wat i can do on my end to help us have a baby. i know that there are ovulation kits out there, Wat is out there for guys?

Lol I think most people when they decide that they want a baby get a little obsessive about it! Have you tried using an ovulation prediction kit? My sister used one when she was having trouble getting pregnant and ended up actually conceiving that month because of it.
