just don't feel right
Have been feeling very nauseous, dizzy and like I'm going to faint all the time. Just sitting here. Anyone else feel this way? Not sure how to deal with this feeling. I feel like it's affecting every part of my life..
Eat protein! My doc has me eating a protein every 2 hrs for that reason and she put me on iron
I make sure I'm on time with the prenatals.. but I know I'm not eating as much as I should it's just hard because I get sick so easily.
I feel the same sometimes, it may be your bp - I know mines is high a lot of the time & this happens with a headache. Are you eatung enough often? & are you taking your vitamins? You know the baby takes all your nutrients, leaving you extremely fatigued.
