Nervous to test...

I have been trying to conceive now for almost 10 years.  Recently I had an ovarian wedge resection surgery (date November 25th) due to PCOS.  Ever since then we have been trying to conceive.  The wedge resection was to help ovulate without meds.  Well, over the past couple of weeks I have noticed my breasts were alittle swollen (more so, they just feel a little fuller than normal).  But yesterday and today I noticed my nipples were tender too.  Could this be something...something good?  Or could this just be a menstral cycle coming on.

Now, alittle background on me, I have had three miscarriages over the past 2 years so I dont want to get my hopes up however, I am looking for similar experiences.  My last menstral cycle was on November 19th, ended on December 1.

I appreciate all the feedback...

Heres to hoping for the best,
Amanda

In all honesty, I didn't have much of any pregnancy symptoms when I found out I was pregnant except for sore breasts.  I still don't have many symptoms except for sore breasts and peeing frequently and tired at night.  I am 10 weeks now, and I asume everything alright.

With this pregnancy, I didn't really have any symptoms, I started getting nauseous around 6 1/2 weeks, but other than that, I felt fine. If you buy the two for one tests you can always test now and test in 3-4 days. Good luck!!!

But I just dont know if I am feeling enough symptoms to verify that I am pregnant.  Could it really take this long to get more symptoms.  In my previous pregnancies I felt differently and probably more early on.  Who knows, maybe I should just take the leap and test.
