No nausea even at 7th week

Hi..
Now I am 6w 3d pregnant and I don't fine nausea at all. Last year experienced a miscarriage because of blighted ovum. Last time also there was no nausea for me. This time I am worried a lot thinking whether the same is going to happen this time even. Can you plz tell me what can be wrong with me. Yesterday only I  went for an ultra sound and found  sac size of 10mm with no foetal pole and heart beat and i am being advised to repest the scan after 2 weeks. Am I doing well this time?? I am really worried a lot.

i am 6w3d also and i havent had any morning sickness since my 4th wk of pregnancy. I actually dont have any symptoms. The only symptom i had with my first child is i got a cold in the 3rd week. other than that nothing until i felt the baby move at 5 months!! Just keep your head up and everything will be okay!!

I don't get morning sickness either but I had 2 healthy girls. As far as your scan I don't know anything about that but I wish you the best of luck. I know how stressful that can be.
