OMG Kinda unexpected!

I may be pregnant...OMG :-D!!! I am not trying but its possible. I missed one of my birth control pills a couple weeks ago and I had a UTI (some of you may know) So I went to the doctor because I was spotting and for the UTI. Well it was confirmed that I had an infection and I got put on the antibiotics. Well the UTI was gone after 3 days, but I was still bleeding. I bled for a week total. I was taking my bc pills the whole time too. I thought it was breakthrough bleeding and that the antibiotics was killing the bc i took so it was just bad breakthrough. Well I got to the placebo pills on monday. And now I have stopped bleeding. I should be on my actual period right now but I am not! I don't have breast tenderness but holy crud have I been HUNGRY for the past like...week. I have been getting head aches...and have been super tired this week. I have been wanting to eat eat eat! I just ate a microwavable chicken dinner, a hot pocket, a pack of goldfish, a fruit cup, and a bowl of jello...and I still have that hunger feeling. I ate TWO special K bars this morning around 9 too! I just LOVE food the past few days...and I have been pretty gassy and seem to be peeing more often on a daily basis! I just kind of have this feeling that I am...but I don't want to believe it. I have a headache right now and I'm hungry...I just ate lunch 30 mins ago. I have been having this excited feeling too...kind of anxious, but I'm so tired at the same time! I don't know girls..what do you think? OMG I HOPE I AM. My mom even told me to take one! So I may take one tomorrow morning.

How many of you DID NOT experience breast tenderness right away?! Just curious...because my breasts should be hurting at the moment and they're not!

Unfortunately symptoms don't mean anything.  Antibiotics can definitely mess with your cycle and prevent birth control from working though (both these things can also delay your period) so pregnancy is certainly a possibility.  Good luck with the test!

i found out i was preg, at 11 weeks.....and it took another 1 or 2 weeks to feel any tenderness anywhere.....

Thanks ladies...oh I am excited..I just feel like I am..but I REALLY DONT WANNA GET MY HOPES UP...I'd be hurt if I am not...I know symptoms may not mean anything...but I have seriously had like 3 headaches a day since monday..thats very unusual for me...i rarely get heachaches. And the hunger thing...my tummy is growling. Gosh..Thanks for the baby dust! I am going to test tomorrow morning. Oh god I hope I am.

I'm kind feeling gaggish...but it might just be because I'm overthinking it...

Oh and I can't concentrate worth a crud today either! I can't multi-task at all lol!

I just noticed too that I am moody today. I am customer service and my job is to answer the phone but i just WANT IT TO STOP RINGING! :-z haha then I'll laugh. And I don't cuss out loud much at work but I am today! lol Its kind of like that funny jokey mood that turns nasty easy? Like hahah IM GONNA BREAK YOUR KNEES!

First pregnancy I didn't have any symptoms until about 12 weeks and I had a UTI which was what I thought was going on infact I was pregnant. Second Child noticed them about 5 weeks. GL... Sending some baby dust your way!! hugs :o)

*HUGS EVERYONE* I am in such a weird mood right now I feel like I can talk for hours at a mile a minute! lol I am so excited to take a test. I know I am going to be heartbroken if its negative though. But when I was talking to my mom shes the one that suggested the HPT..lol and she didnt seem upsetted by it at all...almost excited and that puts in an even better mood! If I am pregnant I need to pray everynight that I don't miscarry again...I just past my due date last friday..wouldn't that be cool if I got a bfp?

I recommend you take one of the really sensitive tests - I personally like the ones that say "pregnant" or "not pregnant" as that takes the guess work out of the whole "is there a line there or not" dilemma.  It takes about 2 weeks for HCG to build up to a detectable level in your system so even if you get a negative result you could still be pregnant if you ended up ovulating late as a result of the UTI.

That's what I am wondering too! See I will give dates to help clarify a bit... I would say that I forgot my pill (not sure exactly) the last week of April. Which was the second week of my pack...around Ovulation time. I started spotting on the 1st of may...went to the dr on the 2nd. I got my prescription. The infection was gone by monday the 5th. I was bleeding like a period the entire time. I just stopped spotting on Sunday which is the day before starting placebo week! So I am supposed to be on CD3..but I am not bleeding. That's where I stand! See how I am confused...im just like wow where am i in my cycle? lol

I didn't have any M/S til 6-8weeks or so. then it came with a vengeance. However, I had super sore BB's until about 12 weeks. then they went away. I am definitely still pregnant, because if I'm not then I'm imagining the thumping in my belly at almost 6 mo.!

Well I tested yesterday evening and I know I should have waited until this morning but I couldnt help it! I used FRER and I got a total BFN.. No faint line or anything! I still feel like I am but that just may be wishful thinking. haha I think I am going to buy more and test in a few days. What kind should I get that is really sensative? I don't know exactly where I am since my cycle is kind of screwed up.

I think I will just go get some CVS Early Results because they should be 25 Mlu and I tested positive on those before...and theyre cheaper! So I will probably go get some tonight and test Sunday morning with FMU

My first pregnancy, I didn't have morning sickness until 6 weeks, and it was gone by 14. My breasts didn't get sore until the second trimester.

This pregnancy, m/s started at 4 weeks, I still have it and I'll be 10 weeks tomorrow, but apart from the occasional sharp pain, my breasts feel normal.

I am draggin right now! I am SO tired...I think ill take a nap when I get home from work..sounds awesome! So I just have oh...7 and a half hours before I can do that.. GAH! I keep getting these sharp pains right by my ovaries..if its not them! My mom came up to me and shes like youre SURE there was nothing to make it even possible that it was positive? I said no...totally negative. So I told her I was going to get more and retest lol. Man I would LOVE to be pregnant again.
