Please, get some testing done, to see if you can take medicine to control your blood clotting. Im sorry, you must be petrified! I wish you well.

Are they keeping a close eye on you??

Just hope for the best :/ there's nothing you can do right now but pray it goes away and thins out or something. I'm unsure of why it's happening but don't stress as it can make it worse!
My friend had a blood clot in her scan and it went away on it's own.... It's hard to not worry
i hope you the best of luck!!!!!
I had a stillborn baby at 41 weeks last year because of blood clots :( I am now 7 months pregnant with my second baby and they have me on one baby aspirin per day until I give birth to help thin out my blood! They are keeping a real close eye on me and no that I'm 7 months I see the doctor every two weeks and starting at 32 weeks I will be seeing the doctor every 4 days until delivery! I have to say what the doctor told me, take it one day at a time . . enjoy your pregnancy! I can't lie about how I feel either since I lost my baby boy at full term, but I try not to stress to much about it! I'm sure everything will be great with this pregnancy and they will keep a close eye on you! Take care
Thankyou all, the sonographer didnt seem concerened but then again she didnt have a clue about my previous pregnancy which shocked me! they have said i will be seeing a consultant in the next few weeks but thats too far away for my liking..they didnt say rest or anything she just said dont worry!! im 7 weeks now! they havnt given me any reasurrance or owt and im absolutly terrified! i dont know wether i should ring the hospital and demand to see my consultant or what??..:(
i agree with ivy and would look into baby aspirin. i had 2 miscarriages and didnt even know why and took baby apirin and everything went great. of course this is not the solution for everyone, but is usually looked at as "it cant hurt".
Well in the mean time in a few weeks go to your GP before your apt and see if they will listen for a Heartbeat! ??
And try the baby asprin :)

Hi I am so sorry for your loss. I know what you are talking about I just lost my daughter at 18wks Sept. 02/2010 do to subchroinic bleeding ( blood clot), mine was noticed it at 10wks and I was told the same thing that it will absorb on it own. well it didn't and I went into labour at 18wks. I am ttc and I am also scared of this happening again. I have a very good doctor that tells me the complete truth on everything I am and not just the run around. She informed me that I have a 50/50 chance of having a blood clot again and when I do get pregnant I will be watched very carfully (unlike last time) and if I was to have another blood clot then I would be getting weekly u/s and put on bedrest (which I will be doing anyways from 7 wks on) and I will need to start baby asprin or blood thinners to hopfully bleed out the blood clot. But my lost was also to do with throid desease (it slows down the healing process so my body was not able to absorb the clot). I wish you the best of luck and if you have any question I am here for you.
On January 19 of this year, I went for my 20 week check-up and the doctor could not find a heartbeat. My angel baby, Piper, was delivered that night. I never had any bleeding, cramping, or discomfort and all of the tests on mommy and baby came back normal. It's such a traumatic experience & reading stories about people that conceive again really gives me hope. I'm 36 and time is not on my side. Please keep us all posted about your pregnancy. I'm keeping you in my thoughts and prayers!
