Quick Further Question

Hi,

I'd like to ask a bit further question in regards to my former one (attached below).

How likely would it be that she could get pregnant even if it was during her 'peak' time of the month?  I'm wondering just because her periods have been irregular.  Thanks!

--------------------------------

Hi Doc.  I'm not going to try and make excuses for what happened, but here it is:

I had some sexual relations with someone I did not know really well.  Part way into messing around, I didn't realize it at first but she had put me inside of her without a condom and we had sex for somewhere around a minute.  I did not ejaculate until awhile later and via other means.

Her last period started about 24 days prior (now 32 days ago).  About 5 or 6 days later her nipples started to become sensitive (not normal for her).  Then that went away and her breasts started getting sore 2 days ago and she was getting emotional like she was "about to start her period" but still hasn't.  The total time elapsed had been 8 days now.  Also, I had urinated multiple times since I had last ejaculated.  She has been having irregular periods most likely due to changes in her life lately.

She is 30 years old and got pregnant once when she was 18 when someone ejaculated in her.

I know there is a risk that she is pregnant..I am just looking to get a feel for, REALISTICALLY, how much I should worry

Thanks!!!!

HI!
I'm not too sure which question I am answering here, so will do the best I can!
If her periods are irregular, it isn't possible to know when her peak time of the month is. That is why families that use natural family planning are so large!
It only takes one sperm to fertilize an egg, so since there is sperm in the pre-ejaculate, there is a possibility of pregnancy.  For question number two:  implantation bleeding usually occurs around the time of the missed period--so bleeding three weeks after the "event" theoretically could be implantation bleeding.  If she said it was her period, it probably was.  It should also be possible to check a pregnancy test at this point,
I'm not sure if I'm being reassuring or not!  Ask her to do the test!
Good luck!

Also, about three weeks after the event..she "said" she got her period.  This obviously couldn't be implantation bleeding, but is there much of anything else that it could have been instead?  Thanks!!!!
