2 weeks late could i be pregnant

I had unprotected sex around 6 n 1/2 weeks ago 2 days after my period I am now 2 and half weeks late I have taken 2 pregnancy tests they r negative I've had lower abdominal pain as though I'm about to come on and haven't. I've started feeling nauseous and dizzy I have a convincing feeling I am but could be nerves. I have been a little stressed and lost a little weight which happens a lot my weight is always up and down but I am never usually late and odds are high! Could it be too early to tell or is it stress ?

Well I have now missed two periods and have booked doctors thursday to try find out what's goin on

Most commercial pregnancy tests can detect a pregnancy at about the time of the missed period.  So, you are definitely not too early to tell, and are probably not pregnant.  A blood test is always a good idea too.

Weight gain or loss, especially due to stress can definitely affect the cycle. It is also quite common for women who are normally regular to have an "off" cycle now and then.
There are a couple of options in this circumstance--one is to wait and see what the next cycle is like.  Another is to take progesterone to see if it will induce a withdrawl bleed, and then wait for the next cycle.  Either option is fine.

The only time when this should normally become a worry is if it becomes a pattern for you to have irregular periods frequently.  If so, then it is definitely time to visit your doctor.

Also, remember emergency contraception too--Plan B.

I know I'm three weeks late 2morrow I'm going to give it another weekk if I miss that period too I kno somethings not right then ill go doctors. But best not to worry yourself it Could be anything or jus missing a period best to go doctors to ease your mind but I kno you convince yourself your pregnant then when its negative u feel gutted I jus won't to kno the odds of it being to early to tell  x

I am 11 days late as off today and its doing my absolute nut in!! i have done 3 HPT which came out negative and went to the hospital on sunday as i was wanting to know what the hell was happening. i thought they may have carried out a blood test on me but no, they just did another PT and that also came out negative!! My boyfriend is wanting me to go to the doctors for a blood test but now i dont think i dare go because i dont want it to be negative :( or to find out that theres something wrong with me!! Im so confused because now i really hope i am pregnant and just hoping that the pregnancy tests arent working (apparently the ones hospitals use anyway are poo) i just want to knoooow!! what is my body doing to me lol!! x
